How it Works

• Visit the Cash4Phone website
• Find the phone you want to sell using the quick search form or browsing all mobile models if you aren’t sure which one you have. Once you have found the handset you want to sell you will be quoted a price, if you are happy with the price click on the ‘sell now’ button to add it to your basket.
• If you wish to add more handsets simply repeat the above process. Once you are finished adding phones go to your basket and select whether you are sending a working / non working phone. If your old mobile is not working you will be quoted an instant price and then e-mailed a revised price once their technicians access the damage.
• Next select your chosen payment method from either cheque or bank transfer (faster payment) and proceed through the checkout.
• Once you have completed your order you will be sent a freepost envelope to return your old handset in. (If your mobile is of a higher value its recommended that you use recorded / special delivery.)
• Once received your unwanted mobile will be checked over and processed within 24 hours, payment will then be sent via bank transfer instantly the same day or by cheque.
