How it Works

  • Once you have found the phone you want to recycle on the following screen you will be quoted a price. If you are happy with the price then select the payment method you would like to receive your money from either cheque, BACS or Paypal. On this screen you must also select whether you you would like to be sent a freepost envelope, send your handset recorded / special delivery or if you are sending 10 or more phones get a free courier collection.
  • Once you are happy with the price and have selected your payment and delivery options click on the ‘add to basket’ button. If you have more phones to add simply repeat the process above otherwise click on the ‘checkout now’ button.
  • Next register your details and proceed through the checkout. If you are selling a broken handset then trade it as normal and you will be sent an offer of up to 80% of the full value once its been received.
  • Lastly send your old mobile in using the freepost envelope or if you have a higher value phone using the recorded / special delivery address you will have been provided with.
  • After your unwanted mobile phone has been received and checked you will be sent payment within 2 working days.
