LG Pop GD510

The latest release from LG, the LG Pop (GD510) includes many ‘green’ features that have been designed to help save energy and the environment.

The battery cover on the LG Pop has solar panels which when put under the sun’s rays for 10 minutes will charge it and provide 2 minutes and 15 seconds talk time or 3 hours of stand by time.

LG have also preinstalled applications called ‘Eco-tree’ and ‘Eco-calculator’ which will let users of the new handset see how many CO2 emissions they have saved by walking or taking the bus rather than driving every day.

Other features on the LG Pop include TFT touchscreen, 3 mega pixel camera, video recording, Bluetooth, stereo FM radio and MicroSD slot.
