Mopay Pays out Over £13,000 at the Gadget Show Live

One of the UK’s leading mobile recycling companies, Mopay appeared at the Gadget Show Live at Birmingham’s NEC and paid out a staggering £13,736 to people visiting their stand and recycling their old mobile phones and iPods.

The most popular handset that was recycled at the event was the Nokia N95 8GB and the most popular iPod was the iPod Classic 4th Gen 30GB.

Over the 4 days of the show between April 7th – 11th more than 65,000 people attended. Apart from Mopay other brands at the event included Sony, Panasonic, TomTom, Nintendo, Epson, PC World, HP and many more.

Co Founder of Mopay, Simon Walsh said “We had a great time at the show with many visitors keen to recycle their old mobiles and iPods in return for cash in order for them to buy the latest gadgets.”
