How it Works

• Visit the SkyPhones website and search for the model of the handset that you want to sell.
• On the following screen you will be offered a new and used price. If you are happy with the price and want to proceed simply add the phone to your basket. You can add more phones by repeating the process, if you are only selling one phone then simply click on the ‘quick sell now’ button and you will be taken straight to the checkout.
• Next you need to add the IMEI numbers of the mobiles you are selling. The IMEI can be found on the phone underneath the battery or by typing *#06# into the menu screen.
• Fill in your details and select your payment method from either BACS, Paypal, cheque, collection from the post office or SMS text.
• After completing the checkout you will be provided with a free post address to send your mobile phones too. If you are sending a high value phone its highly recommended that you use recorded or special delivery. If you are selling 10 or more phones a free courier will be sent to collect them from you.
• Once your old or new mobiles have been received and have passed the testing stage your payment will be sent out within 48 hours.
