The Nine Highest Value Handsets for Recycling

Published by Stephen Roper on Tagged Mobile Phones

In comparison to other mobile phones recent research has found that smartphones from manufacturers including Nokia, Blackberry and Apple retain the most value.

The research found that the iPhone 3GS is the most valuable smartphone and can be sold on recycling sites for an average of £231. Blackberry, Nokia and other smartphones make up the rest of the top nine most valuable handsets.

Smartphones tend to hold their value much longer than standard mobile phones, an example of this is the Nokia N95 which at 3 years old can still be traded in for up to as much as £90.
